Advantage Senior Advisory Group’s management team is comprised of professionals whose depth of knowledge and experience spans all aspects of insurance for individuals. This dedicated and responsive team has the expertise to ensure the seniors for whom we provide service are both well informed and well covered when it comes to their insurance matters.

Mark Lane, President
In 2006, Mark Lane and Brian Garity, President of Garity Associates, founded Advantage Senior Advisory Group, Inc. with a company mission to address the insurance needs of seniors in an increasingly changing senior market environment. As President, Mark Lane brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to ASAG, specializing in Life, Health, Dental, and Disability plans.

Mark’s extensive management, sales and product training experience spans insurance products that provide coverage for individuals and employer groups of all sizes. Mark takes an active role in insurance product research and procurement for ASAG, and in managing broker and advisor training.

Mark Lane is a current member of the Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters (Mass AHU) and has served as a Board Member as well as Legislative Chairperson for this organization from 2002-2005. He is a graduate of Stonehill College with a BA in Political Science.

Brian Garity, Director
Brian Garity is a Director of Advantage Senior Advisory Group and President of our affiliate company, Garity Associates Brokerage Insurance Agency.  His duties include working with the independent insurance community on product distribution and oversight of our internal call center. He joined Garity Associates in 1985 after earning his BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts. Under his direction, the company has grown from a small family insurance business to a large regional marketing company.

Brian is a member of several life and health insurance associations, including Massachusetts Association of Health Underwriters (MassAHU) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is currently serving as treasurer of the National Association of Insurance Marketers.

Stuart Millard, CFP, Sales Manager
Stuart Millard manages the Advantage Senior Advisory Group Medicare Advantage professional sales team, a position he has held since joining the Company in 2006. As Sales Manager, he is responsible for the recruiting and training of new insurance brokers in all new products.

Prior to joining ASAG, Stuart was Director of Sales for Diversified Financial Management in Norwell, MA. Stuart earned his Certified Financial Planer (CFP) designation in 2005. He is a graduate of Boston University with a BA in Economics and a certificate in Financial Planning.

Robin A. Mooney, Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, Robin Mooney is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Advantage Senior Advisory Group’s marketing, customer service and community outreach. Prior to her current position, Robin managed the ASAG Customer Call Center, supervising a staff of 30 employees responsible for answering inquiries and scheduling appointments for the Company’s licensed certified insurance representatives.

Robin’s diverse professional background includes more than 20 years professional experience in sales, product marketing, financial services, and mortgage lending. Ms. Mooney has a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University.

Kasundra Brown-Corbin, Community Outreach Coordinator
Kasundra Brown-Corbin has years of experience as an insurance industry professional and an in-depth knowledge of senior insurance products. As Advantage Senior Advisory Group’s Community Outreach Coordinator, she provides seniors with guidance on insurance options and coverage that most appropriately meets their individual needs.

Well known in the Greater Boston Community as an ordained Baptist Minister, Kasundra considers herself "blessed" in her vocation and ministry, as in both she is helping people. Kasundra resides in Brockton and is a single mother of four sons. She is a native of Dallas, TX.

Ann M. Coelho, Customer Service Representative
Advantage Customer Service Representative Ann Coelho’s primary function is to welcome new customers to ASAG and answer any concerns they may have concerning their new insurance. She works closely with both customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth transition to ASAG customers’ new plans.

Ann’s background is in Property and Casualty Insurance, with broad experience ranging from claims to underwriting. Ann has a BA in Management and lives on the South Shore.

John Barsoum, Field Sales Training Manager
Advantage Senior’s Field Sales Training Manager John Barsoum works closely with our representatives and clients on all senior products to ensure their understanding of all product lines we represent. His in-depth knowledge of Advantage's senior insurance product lines serves our clients well, as his focus is to provide sound product options and planning to help preserve our clients’ security in their senior years.

John has been a financial services professional since 1985. He graduated Rhode Island College with a BS in Marketing and a BA in Chemistry.
